Organizational Training
Anderson & Anderson is pleased to offer
organizational training courses in anger
management, stress management, communication and
emotional intelligence. Our training courses
are developed with and delivered by subject matter
experts in the four areas mentioned above.
Recent studies conducted by the Consortium for
Research on Emotional Intelligence in Organizations
suggests the economic value added by training and
development geared toward improving emotional
intelligence in the workplace improves teamwork,
increases productivity, enhances operational
effectiveness, and can significantly impact your
organization's effectiveness. Because our economy is
rapidly changing, running a business will have to
change in order to be competitive. As a result, a

experience, training is most effective with
audiences/groups of 6 to 25 people. Anderson &
Anderson deliver specialized training in anger
management on-site, at your location. Depending on
your business needs, training workshops may range
from 1 day to 1 week in duration.

additional training, and as a result, we may work
with you, human resources, and other department
heads within your company to develop a new
curriculum or course to create a customized program
to "raise the bar on emotional intelligence in your
workplace". Our expertise in adult learning and

detailed instructor manuals, workshop materials, and

- Anger Management/Executive Coaching:
With a focus on anger, stress, communication
and/or emotional intelligence. We currently
provide these services for a number of Fortune
500 Companies. Coaching can be provided in our
provider offices or on location nationwide.
- Accelerated Anger Management Classes for
Managers, Executives and Line Staff:
Personalized 8-10 hour programs with client
workbooks for fast results.
- Anger Management Classes for employees:
Classes for employees who exhibit evidence of
stress, anger or inappropriate aggression at
work. Studies have shown that aggression and
violence in the workplace increases absenteeism,
reduces productivity, lowers morale and
increases a company's liability.
Anger Management Home Study CD Class
In response to requests from Human Resource
Professionals, Courts and Clients, Anderson &
Anderson is now offering its popular anger
management class on CDs, along with our client
workbook (Gaining Control of Ourselves), and Tips
for Managing Anger booklet. This class contains all
of the material presented in our popular live
classes. It is offered in an easy to use format for
use in the privacy of your own home or office. This
course is accepted by most businesses, governmental
agencies, courts and Children's Services Departments
Nationwide. The following are some of the state
courts which approve this course: Alabama, Arizona,
California, Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Kansas,
Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, North Carolina,
Nevada, New Jersey, New York, Oklahoma, Oregon,
Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, and Wisconsin.
After completing this class, request the exam and
answer the questions, and return them to Anderson &
Anderson in the envelope provided. We will score the
exam and return a Certificate of Completion. This
class is approved by the California Board of
Behavioral Science for Social Workers, Marriage,
Family and Therapists and Educational Psychologists.
It is approved by the California State Board of
Nursing as well as CAADAC and CADE.
