Anderson & Anderson is offering individual anger management sessions on an as needed basis for court mandated, employer-mandated, and voluntary clients who are unable to attend our regular Saturday group sessions (at our Los Angeles-Brentwood office). Anderson & Anderson staff are available seven days a week to offer this service.

The Anderson & Anderson anger management course is the program of choice and industry standard. The Los Angeles County superior court and its branches refer court-ordered individuals to our exclusive provider list which consists of our two offices, as well as approved Anderson & Anderson anger management providers who have been trained by us to offer the services.

The Anderson & Anderson anger management course teaches skills in the following areas: anger management, stress management, enhanced communication skills, emotional intelligence (or empathy), and motivation to change. Each client will receive an assessment that will measure his/her current level of functioning in the above areas. Anderson & Anderson staff will provide feedback to the client. The results of the assessment determine what areas of intervention are focused on. Each client will receive the groundbreaking anger management workbook, “Gaining Control of Ourselves”, as a guide during the course. This manual contains exercises and tools that will be put to good use during the course.
